Built in 1765, the Pointe-du-Lac mill is of the gems of rural architecture in Quebec. The site has maintained the charms and beauty of yesteryears.
Next to the mill, you can also visit the Visitation-de-la-Sainte-Vierge church, the second church in Pointe-du-Lac, who burnt-down in 1882 and was re-constructed on the foundations of the previous church, built in 1844. Displayed here are the sculptures from Léo Arbour, one of Canada’s greatest sacred art sculptors.
